It was the play by William Shakespeare entitled, “Julius Caesar,” that made the statement, “Beware the Ides of March” (March 15) famous. This was the day Julius Caesar was assassinated in 44 B. C. A “seer” had warned Caesar that harm would come to him on this day. In fact, he was stabbed at a senate meeting by a conspiracy led by Brutus and Cassius. There was a warning here! Likewise, the scripture offers another warning, “…it is appointed for men to die once after this comes the judgment.” Are you ready for the coming judgment?
